Abstract


Latar belakang: Skizofrenia membutuhkan waktu rawat inap yang lama, biaya perawatan yang tinggi, dan menjadi beban bagi keluarga, masyarakat, dan pemerintah. Masa recovery merupakan fase yang rawan bagi pasien untuk melakukan bunuh diri. Kajian mengenai kebutuhan pasien untuk bisa mencapai recovery.belum banyak ditemukan.
Tujuan penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kebutuhan pasien skizofrenia untuk mencapai tahap recovery di komunitas.
Metode: Desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Partisipan berjumlah 43, terdiri dari: 10 pasien skizofrenia, 10 keluarga, 12 tenaga profesional, dan 11 tokoh masyarakat. Proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknikpurposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan indepth interview, dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancarasemistructure. Transkrip hasil wawancara dianalisis.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi empat tema, yaitu: dukungan keluarga, dukungan masyarakat, dukungan aparat pemerintah, dan dukungan tenaga profesional.
Kesimpulan:Pasien membutuhkan bantuan berbagai pihak untuk mencapai recovery. Kebutuhan tersebut berupa: dukungan keluarga, masyarakat, aparat pemerintah, dan tenaga profesional.

Background: Schizophrenia requires a long time inpatient, high maintenance costs, and a burden for families, communities, and government. The recovery period is a vulnerable phase for patients to commit suicide. Studies on the needs of patients to achieve recovery have not been found. Objectives: This study aims to get an overview of the needs of schizophrenia patients to reach the recovery stage in the community. Method: The design of this study was qualitative. The total sample was 43 participants, consisting of: 10 schizophrenic patients, 10 family members, 12 professional staffs, and 11 community leaders. The sampling process uses a purposive sampling technique. Retrieval of data using indepth interview, using the semistructure interview guidelines. Transcript of interview results analyzed. Results: The results of the study identified four themes, namely: family support, community support, government apparatus support, and professional support. Conclusion: Patients need the help of various parties to achieve recovery. These needs include: support of family, community, government officials, and professional staff.
