PENURUNAN RISIKO KEKAMBUHAN DENGAN PROBLEM-SOLVING THERAPY DAN ASSERTIVENESS TRAINING PADA REMAJA PENYALAHGUNA NAPZA

Abstract
Risiko kekambuhan pada remaja penyalahguna Napza sangat tinggi, yang disebabkan karena kurangnya kemampuan remaja penyalahguna Napza dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan menolak ajakan teman untuk kembali menggunakan Napza kembali. Intervensi diberikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penyelesaian masalah dan menolak ajakan menggunakan Napza kembali, sehingga remaja penyalahguna Napza tidak kambuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental pre-posttest without control. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling dan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 remaja penyalahguna Napza yang mengikuti rehabilitasi di RSKO Jakarta, RSMM dan BNN Lido. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah AWARE, SPSI-R dan DASES. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji tendensi sentral, Paired T-test dan Repeated Anova. Tindakan keperawatan ners menurunkan risiko kekambuhan meskipun masih dalam kategori risiko sedang (rata-rata 85,97). Penambahan problem solving therapy menurunkan risiko kekambuhan secara signifikan, tetapi masih dalam kategori risiko sedang (rata-rata 77,33). Setelah pemberian Assertiveness Training, penurunan risiko kekambuhan semakin signifikan dan menjadi kategori rendah (rata-rata 68,6). Tindakan keperawatan ners yang dikombinasikan dengan problem-solving therapy dan assertiveness training dapat menurunkan risiko kekambuhan pada remaja penyalahguna Napza, sehingga tindakan keperawatan ners yang dikombinasikan dengan problem-solving therapy dan assertiveness training dapat menjadi alternatif intervensi keperawatan dalam meningkatkan kualitas asuhan keperawatan jiwa, khususnya untuk klien penyalahguna Napza yang mengikuti rehabilitasi.
