Abstract
Skizofrenia membutuhkan waktu rawat inap yang lama, biaya perawatan yang tinggi, dan menjadi beban bagi keluarga, masyarakat, dan pemerintah. Masa recovery merupakan fase yang rawan bagi pasien untuk melakukan bunuh diri. Kajian mengenai kebutuhan pasien untuk bisa mencapai recovery.belum banyak ditemukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kebutuhan pasien skizofrenia untuk mencapai tahap recovery di komunitas. Desain penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Partisipan berjumlah 43, terdiri dari: 10 pasien skizofrenia, 10 keluarga, 12 tenaga profesional, dan 11 tokoh masyarakat. Proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan indepth interview, dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara semistructure. Transkrip hasil wawancara dianalisis. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi empat tema, yaitu: dukungan keluarga, dukungan masyarakat, dukungan aparat pemerintah, dan dukungan tenaga profesional. Pasien membutuhkan bantuan berbagai pihak untuk mencapai recovery. Kebutuhan tersebut berupa: dukungan keluarga, masyarakat, aparat pemerintah, dan tenaga profesional.
