GAMBARAN PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL PADA KORBAN PASCA BENCANA

Abstract


Bencana merupakan kejadian yang terjadi secara tiba-tiba, yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan kondisi kehidupan dan berdampak pada munculnya masalah psikologis. Beberapa permasalahan psikologis yang dapat muncul seperti ansietas, depresi, sindrom pasca trauma hingga risiko bunuh diri. Setiap individu memiliki kemampuan atau sumber positif  yang berbeda-beda dalam mengatasi masalah psikologis diatas. Psychological capital merupakan personal ability yang dimiliki individu yang diharapkan mampu menjadi sumber positif untuk pulih dari bencana. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  gambaran psychologycal capital (hope, self efficacy, resilience, optimism) pada korban bencana yang dapat digunakan sebagai data dasar untuk mengembangkan keperawatan bencana. Bencana yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah kebakaran pasar. Pemilihan bencana ini dikarenakan belum ada ada penelitian yang memotret korban kebakaran pasar padahal pasar merupakan tempat sumber mata pencaharian untuk menjalankan ekonomi individu. Desain yang digunakan dekriptif dengan metode nonprobability sampling. Responden berjumlah 174 orang. Analisa data menggunakan pengolahan data univariat yaitu uji tendensi sentral yaitu rerata kejadian, dan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa keempat psychological capital yaitu hope atau harapan (78%), self efficacy (73?%), optimism (84%) dan resilience dengan kategori tinggi sebanyak 48%.  Penelitian ini merekomendasikan psychological capital menjadi bagian  pengkajian keperawatan bencana serta sebagai dasar pemberian intervensi keperawatan bencana.
